Winter makes accessing areas without road coverage possible with the use of snowmobiles. March is the month of choice in northern Scandinavia due to sufficient daylight yielding reasonable work-days. MT measurements in the snow makes installation a bit more time consuming but the added stability of the environment have positive effects on the data.
The campaign consisted of two measured sites per day resulting in 30 measurements and two travel days from the 17 days of field-work. The measurements focused on densely measuring a known regional geological structure to help describe Northern Sweden in a cohesive mineral systems perspective.
